You haven't found a routine yet, you're not sure which gym to join, and the German-language group classes feel like a lot. We can start simply, in English or Greek.
English-speaking trainer for expatsIt may have been years since your last regular training. We begin with the fundamentals: posture, breathing, and lifting safely. Then we progress from there.
Personal training for beginners in HamburgIf German feels like a wall and you'd rather train with someone who speaks Greek or English, that's me. Sessions, plans, and check-ins in whichever you prefer.
Personal training in English
I'm Greek, I live in Hamburg, and I work with the kind of people I used to be: busy, a bit out of shape, slightly intimidated by the gym, and ready to actually start.
I'm a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and TRX coach. Most of my clients are expats, parents, and people coming back to training after a long pause. Sessions are calm, structured, and adapted to your real life.
In person in a Hamburg park, a custom program you run on your own schedule, or live virtual sessions over video.
Outdoor sessions in Hamburg parks or private-gym training. Movement assessment, a simple plan, and weekly check-ins, at a pace that matches you.
A 12-week training plan tailored to your goals, equipment, and schedule. You train on your own time. I review your logs and adjust the plan as you go.
We meet on a video call and train together in real time. No equipment or gym needed, just enough space for a 45-minute session.
20 minutes by phone or WhatsApp. We talk goals, schedule, injuries, what you've tried before, and whether I'm the right fit. No pitch.
First session is a calm assessment. How you stand, how you move, how you feel in general. I'll get a feel for your level and know where to go from there.
I write a simple plan around your week. Two short sessions, one home routine, one weekly WhatsApp check-in. Something doable you can stick with.
Every two weeks we review what worked and what didn't, and update the plan. The goal is something you'll still be doing in month three.
No commitment, no pressure. We'll figure out if I'm the right coach for you.
