4 weeks of structured, personalized sessions in Hamburg parks or a private gym room. In English or Greek, around your schedule. Whatever fitness level you have today is where we start.
We start with a proper assessment: how you move, what's tight, where you're strong. Everything that follows is based on that.
The first weeks are deliberately gradual. We build consistency first, then add intensity once your body is ready for it.
Every session is tailored to your level, schedule, and any injuries or limitations. No one-size-fits-all approach.
Every package is 4 weeks, long enough to notice a real change. After that, you can extend, switch, or stop. No auto-renew, no minimum commitment.
